British newcomers Deluka lent their new video for ‘Cascade’ a stylish sheen courtesy of a prominent fashion industry veteran. Acclaimed photographer Antoine Verglas — who has worked for Elle, Vogue and Esquire (to name a few) — directed the clip for the Brooklyn-by-way-of-England band’s first single, a shimmering dance-punk anthem that is gaining Deluka plenty of attention.
Filmed at Brooklyn’s Knitting Factory venue, ‘Cascade’ features flashy performance shots edited alongside clips of the rockers exploring the streets of New York City. Watch the exclusive video premiere after the jump.

Yes, they are great. You can hear all 5 tracks of their EP “Deluka” by listening to my radio show or playing the podcasts afterwards. I’ve played all tracks a few times so to find the podcasts with their shows, do a keyword search ‘deluka’ on the homepage and all related podcasts will be presented for play.
I’ll have an interview with them soon (stay tuned for that) + their working on another EP and their LP (smr release tbc) so no touring at the moment. You can follow them on twitter under ‘@deluka’.

Tara, I saw Deluka at the brooklyn bowl a month ago and they were amazing!!! Ever since then I have been hooked!! Deluka’s songs are so catchy and have such a creative and unique sound to them.
