Glasgow based film Red Road
My quick review is…fun accents (those glass weee giannszz) story: strange but at 45m mark it starts to make sense..or so you think! then goes strange again. then ahhhh.
worth seeing for dreary yet realistic glaswegian scenery (hey it’s realistic!) also gives good cultural references to the simple daily life of some there. and man..it shows you how much CCTV rules england (oops i should say scotland). i mean…you can trace anybody it would seem around there. ..and the govt wants to add more!
rating: 6.5/10 (cause too slow for me and pisses me off when they send you down various paths (for wayyy too long) thinking what the hell’s this film about anyways..but as far as unique storyline and realistic ending goes: 8/10)
